1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and QuickLink Legal Services Company regarding your use of our notary public, document attestation, legal translation, and related legal services in the United Arab Emirates.
By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access our services.
2. Our Services
QuickLink Legal Services provides the following services in accordance with UAE laws and regulations:
- Notary public services and document notarization
- Document attestation and legalization
- Legal translation services (Arabic-English and vice versa)
- Power of Attorney preparation and notarization
- Company establishment and business setup assistance
- Golden Visa application support
- Will preparation and notarization
- Legal declarations and affidavits
- True copy certification
- No Objection Certificate (NOC) services
3. User Obligations
When using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Submit genuine and valid documents
- Comply with all applicable UAE laws and regulations
- Not use our services for any illegal or fraudulent purposes
- Pay all fees and charges as agreed
- Respond promptly to our requests for information or documents
4. Fees and Payment
4.1 Service Fees
All service fees are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are subject to change. Current fees are available on our website or upon request.
4.2 Payment Terms
- Payment is required before service delivery unless otherwise agreed
- We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers
- All government fees and third-party charges are additional
- Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated
4.3 Refund Policy
Refunds are provided only in cases of service non-delivery due to our fault. Government fees and third-party charges are non-refundable. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of service completion.
5. Service Delivery and Timelines
- Standard Processing: 3-5 business days
- Express Processing: 1-2 business days (additional fees apply)
- Urgent Processing: Same day (subject to availability)
Timelines are estimates and may vary based on government processing times, document complexity, and completeness of submitted documents. We are not liable for delays caused by third parties or circumstances beyond our control.
6. Document Requirements
Clients must:
- Provide original documents or certified copies as required
- Ensure documents are valid and not expired
- Submit clear, legible copies for translation or attestation
- Provide all necessary supporting documents
- Verify accuracy of translated or notarized documents upon receipt
We reserve the right to refuse service if documents are incomplete, illegible, or suspected to be fraudulent.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law:
- Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service
- We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
- We are not responsible for government rejection of documents
- We do not provide legal advice unless specifically agreed
- We are not liable for delays caused by third parties
8. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and documents. However, we may disclose information when:
- Required by UAE law or government authorities
- Necessary for service delivery (e.g., to translation partners)
- Authorized by the client in writing
9. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of QuickLink Legal Services and protected by UAE and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
10. Cancellation and Termination
10.1 Client Cancellation
Clients may cancel services:
- Before work commences: Full refund minus processing fees
- After work commences: No refund, but you may reschedule
- Consultation bookings: Cancel up to 24 hours in advance
10.2 Our Right to Refuse/Terminate
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if:
- Documents appear fraudulent or suspicious
- Client provides false information
- Service would violate UAE laws
- Client exhibits abusive or threatening behavior
11. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through:
- Good faith negotiations between parties
- Mediation through a mutually agreed mediator
- Arbitration in accordance with UAE Arbitration Law
- Litigation in the courts of Dubai, UAE (as a last resort)
12. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, strikes, pandemics, or system failures.
13. Website Terms of Use
When using our website, you agree not to:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Introduce viruses, malware, or harmful code
- Use automated systems to access the website
- Copy or reproduce website content without permission
- Impersonate another person or entity
14. Changes to Terms
